Description

The Kamoa-Kakula Copper Complex, located in the Central African Copperbelt, is the world’s fastest-growing, highest-grade, and lowest-carbon emitting, major copper mine. Kamoa-Kakula commenced commercial production on July 1, 2021. Kamoa-Kakula has become the third-largest copper mining complex in the world. It is integrally linked to the Lobito Corridor and the transportation options that the new corridor allows and the US/European interest in investment in the logistics network.
