VSIP Hai Phong is the fourth cooperation of VSIP Group – a joint venture between Becamex IDC (Binh Duong) and SembCorp Industries (Singapore). The project is located in the North of Cam River, Thuy Nguyen District, Haiphong City, with scope of 1,600 ha, investment capital of 1 billion USD.
