Longlin-Baise Expressway (Western Guangxi Roads Development Project)

Objective

The Project will contribute to pro-poor sustainable economic growth in western Guangxi and northern Viet Nam.

Description

While the main investment financed by the project was construction of the Longlin–Baise Expressway, other components were included to enhance the impact and benefits in the project area and accelerate institutional and policy reforms. These include improvement of local roads and facilities and strengthening institutional capacities.
