Yangon-Pathein Road Project

Objective

This project is to bring safer and more efficient movement of goods and people along the GMS EWEC and NSEC in Myanmar.

Description

The project focuses on a key route to improve priority sections of highways that form part of the GMS corridors. This road should be reconstructed asphalt concrete two-lane road of 7- m width with 1.5-m paved shoulders.
