Description

Construction of a Single Point Mooring (SPM) system in the Bay of Bengal, including two offshore–onshore pipelines, subsea pipelines, onshore storage connections and associated marine facilities to enable direct unloading of crude oil and diesel from large tankers to the Eastern Refinery Limited.
