Objective

Description

Construction of a 1,200 MW coal-fired power plant comprising two 600 MW units at the Vinh Tan Power Centre. The project was developed as a 25-year build-operate-transfer scheme by a Chinese-led project company and used Chinese design standards, equipment, EPC contractors, equity and syndicated bank finance.
