Objective

Description

Construction of a coal-fired independent power plant with two 300 MW circulating-fluidized-bed units, often reported as 600 MW nominal or 620 MW gross capacity. Wuhan Kaidi was the principal Chinese EPC contractor and Alstom supplied the boilers; financing combined a syndicated buyer's-credit facility with Vietnamese sponsor equity.
