Objective

Description

Construction of a municipal solid-waste incineration and electricity-generation plant designed to process approximately 4,000–5,000 tonnes of waste per day. The 17.5-hectare facility has five incinerators and three generating units with maximum output of about 90 MW, and is owned and operated by a Chinese-invested project company.
