Objective

Description

Construction of a 105.5 km, six-lane expressway from Hanoi's Ring Road 3 through Hung Yen and Hai Duong to Dinh Vu Port in Hai Phong. The BOT project includes grade-separated junctions, major and medium bridges, overbridges and an intelligent traffic-monitoring system.
