Objective

Description

Development of a 1,320 MW coal-fired power plant with two 660 MW units under a 25-year build-operate-transfer arrangement. Malaysia's Janakuasa developed the project, China Huadian undertook the EPC works, and China Eximbank and ICBC supplied a USD 1.76 billion syndicated buyer's-credit facility.
