Objective

Description

Construction of a 1,244–1,245 MW coal-fired power plant comprising two approximately 622 MW units at the Duyen Hai Power Centre. Dongfang Electric supplied the EPC works, financed through an internationally syndicated buyer's-credit facility led by Chinese banks and supported by EVN counterpart funding.
