Objective

Description

The Angren Thermal Power Plant Modernization Project was a coal-fired power generation project located in the southern outskirts of Angren. The project involved the construction of a new 150 MW generating unit at the existing Angren Thermal Power Plant, with the objective of improving Uzbekistan's electricity supply and increasing the utilization of domestic coal resources from the nearby Angren coal basin.
