Objective

"The multitranche financing facility (MFF) will enhance regional connectivity and trade in Pakistan by improving the efficiency for road traffic along the CAREC Corridors."-ADB

Description

The project will rehabilitate and upgrade the road network constituting the CAREC Corridors mainly in Sindh, Punjab, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The project is divided into three tranches, supporting several segments of road construction along the Islamabad- Karachi route. Part of the project branches out from Dera Ghazi Khan to connect to Peshawar.
