Physical interventions under Tranche 3 include 178 km of reconstructed national road from Dar-i-Suf to Yakawlang linking the roads already completed under the ADB financed North South Corridor Project.

The project was scheduled to complete in 2017. The schedule was revised to be 2021. It is unclear whether the project is operational.
