Description

"The European Investment Bank (EIB) has agreed a loan of €60 million with Administração dos Portos do Douro, Leixões e Viana Do Castelo, S.A. (APDL). The total cost of the project will be around €190 million, with the EIB loan guaranteed by the Portuguese government."
